In the next few minutes I am going to give you 3 simple golf swing tips that I have used to help improve my game. If you follow these tips, it will take you a long way in the world of golfing. These tips are very important and will take you from being a good enough golfer to one that is better than 90% of the other players out there. Before we start though, let’s just talk about this idea of having the best golf swing tips.
The first thing that I want to talk about with 3 simple golf swing tips is the importance of practice. The best and most important tip I can give you in regards to improving your game is, well practice. The more you practice the better you will become and the faster you will get to the point where you know you are driving the ball to the green. You can practice at the driving range and at your local golf course or even at your office.
The next thing I want to talk about is the importance of consistency. The best and the easiest way to be consistent in the game of golf is to pick one driving range and stick with it. Once you are comfortable and feel like you are hitting the ball well, there is no reason to change. I have been known to go to the driving range and hit a couple of balls before I hit the tee in the same spot every time, it works wonders for your game.
The third and final tip I will give you with the 3 simple golf swing tips is the importance of iron shots. This might seem like a pretty silly thing to mention but hear me out on this one. When you have a sliced shot going to the green, chances are good that you are not going to get the ball back into play. You might think that by putting pressure on the ball you are going to pull it back in play, but more often than not, this will just make it go in and your shot will not be played. To avoid this, learn to keep the pressure on the ball and make sure you get the ball in play.
Lastly, one of the biggest problems you are going to face on the course is the slice. Most people have a tendency to slice the ball and since it can cost you a lot of extra strokes, it’s very important that you work on this problem if you want to improve as a player. There are many ways to correct your stance and to practice the proper grip, but the real fix to the slice is to work on improving your alignment on the club face. This will help eliminate a lot of the slippage problems and it will also lead to more consistent and effective ball flight.
If you apply these golf swing tips on the fairway and to the greens, you are sure to notice a big improvement in your overall game. Try applying them on some short shots to see how they work out. Once you start to feel more comfortable on the course and you’ve mastered the correct body positioning and stance, then you can start practicing on longer shots. Good luck!
