Golf (polo style) shirts are a men’s wardrobe staple. Since I first started selling men’s golf shirts on eBay in 2003, over 10,000 have been sold. They were all sold individually and not as large quantities.

Most of the time, the golfer does not receive the size he needs and takes it anyway. These new shirts are often donated to Goodwill or other thrift shops. Sometimes, the extra golf shirts made for tournaments end up in thrift shops. A lot of new shirts will be found in thrift stores in large numbers, often with their tags attached. The sizes of men are universally more common than those for women, making them a great item to sell online. The sizing of men is usually consistent across brands. Men are able to identify their size. The sizing of men’s clothes is similar to that for women. There are petite, plus, maternity and other sizes. The sale of men’s clothes is easier for them to do online shopping.
In general, men would rather shop online than in person. Online shopping is preferred by men over traditional retail. They can order 5-10 shirts online and they will arrive to their home within a week. Golfing is what they prefer! Shopping online is faster and easier. Women enjoy shopping in person more than men.
Golfers take great care of their clothes. Golfers like to be sharp at the fairway. They prefer to be able to show off the best brands and logos of the tournament and courses. Even if they’ve never been on a specific course, they can still buy a shirt from eBay to tell any story that interests them. You can search eBay for the logo of a course and order a shirt in minutes.
