2. Now, kneel and then extend your arms outward on the mat. Keep reaching out until your head touches the ground.

3. Place your palms on the ground so that they are resting comfortably. Keep moving forward, extending your reach until it is possible. For a few minutes, hold the position.

4. Stand up. This can be repeated indefinitely.
