We all know that there are three main aspects to the golf swing: backswing (downswing), follow-through, and follow-through. It’s easy to see why the golf swing is so difficult to master when viewed in this manner. The most important thing when starting the backswing is to keep everything moving away from the ball. As you swing back, keep your club low. Extend the left arm and slightly bend the right. When your club is at waist height, it should be parallel to your feet. Your body position is crucial for maximum power. This is achieved by keeping your feet on the ground with a little flex in your right leg.

In the end, this will result in more resistance and a stronger golf shot. However, this is not true. Rotating your shoulders beyond the 90-degree mark will cause major issues with your downswing.
