St Lucia’s Jazz and Arts Festival is a vibrant celebration of music and color that brings new life to the real estate market. Many people are asking me what the top apartments in St Lucia for Jazz-lovers. Although this is not an easy question to answer I’ve narrowed down my favorites 3. These apartments aren’t for the weak of heart, but I will warn you. You may be swept off your feet by these apartments!

You don’t need a TV with such a beautiful view from the first apartment. The view is so stunning that it’s possible to sit and gaze at the sky all day. The apartment is located at Golf Park Cap Estate and offers a stunning view over the coast to the north. You can see the Pitons, one of the most famous national landmarks on the island, rising above the rest. It is quite impressive considering that the Pitons are found in Soufriere (at least 20 miles from Cap Estate). It also overlooks Pigeon Island which hosts the St Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival.
Marisule Cottage at the Beach
The next option is Marisule’s charming cottage. The apartment’s location is a favorite of mine. It is only a short walk from Calabash Cove Beach. The sparkling Caribbean Sea is only 5 minutes away from the apartment’s front door. It was designed with the natural world in mind. The cottage is located in the middle of a beautiful, lush tropical garden. This provides privacy as well as beauty. The best feature about the cottage is the retractable front wall that folds down to create a continuous living space and balcony. This is the ideal place to unwind after a long day of Jazz.
Vigie Waterfront Apartment
Vigie, a historic fort-rifled peninsular that guards Castries harbour is my favorite apartment in St Lucia. This apartment is great because you can get wet in so many different ways! You can easily walk down the stairs from your apartment to reach a protected pebble beach. Within a 10-minute walk, you can also find a white-sand beach that runs 4 miles from the apartment. The swimming pool is also a great addition, as well as the Jacuzzi. These are located on the deck just off your living room. The best part is the unobstructed view of the sea! This apartment is sure to make you an envy among other St Lucia property hunters.
