Golf fitness workouts are never too late

It’s never too late to start golf fitness exercises. Senior golfers will often resort to skipping their golf fitness routines as an excuse. It would appear that the age of a senior golfer is an excuse for not doing them.

Golf fitness exercises, according to most people, can be quite strenuous and even include dumbbells.

What can you do to tell if your age is too high for golf?

It is easy to answer that question. You are likely too old to practice golf, so you should not be doing any golf fitness exercises.

Golf fitness routines are a common activity with my 80 year-old clients. It’s also appropriate to note that I work regularly with young people in their twenties.

With the help of golf fitness exercises, both groups can dramatically improve their game.

Stress Free Golf Swing

The golf fitness routines are no more difficult or punishing than playing the game. Keep in mind that these workouts are specific to golf, and are meant to condition the muscles that are used for the game of golf.

This is not an exercise program for bodybuilding or boxing. These sports require rigorous, physically challenging workouts. Golf fitness exercises reflect the demands of the game.

For strength training, dumbbells are used because they provide the fastest way to increase strength and can also be included in top golf fitness programs.

It is not the goal to lift large weights for long periods. Instead, the goal is to condition and enhance golf muscle using lighter weights that are lifted for short periods.

Golf fitness classes are suitable for anyone who is not too old to play golf.
