For peace of mind, a lifelong plan for your happiness

The inner strength of peace of mind can be described as an emotional and biological resource of enormous proportions. True happiness isn’t based on wealth or peer recognition.

No matter what your background, no matter how much experience or education, everyone has the ability to acquire this valuable commodity. This is just one way to go about this endeavor.

1. Want it. You really desire it. You will make it a priority in every aspect of your life. To find peace, you will open yourself to the wisdom of others. The experience of others can offer great insight. Soon you will realize that peace of your mind is not something you can achieve overnight. “get”And you don’t need to.

2. Make a habit of daily reflection. This is often the hardest part in finding peace. It means that you have to stop living the fast-paced western lifestyle. You can still find 20 minutes to yourself each day. Find the time to be alone and recharge your inner spirit.

2. Look back at your life to see what you’re grateful for. You should include the people that helped you, books that inspired you, friends and experiences that have taught you valuable lessons. Don’t overlook the little things like your home, health, car, community, talents, hobbies, or even where you live. You can write all of these down and reread them at certain times to improve your awareness.

It is an uncommon treasure that many people seek out and strive to attain: expanding consciousness, which means understanding and connecting with the Self and transcendent realities. It is the core of being fully alive and full of joy. In the spirit of Carl Jung who believed that our most limited limitation is the little self we do not know, I have capitalized the S in Self.

4. Begin each day with a moment of reflection and write down all the good things that occurred the previous day. A friend phoned you, you had an important sale and a cup of great coffee at your favourite shop. One of your children mentioned it to me. “I love you,”Examples include a successful round of golf or approval for a loan application. This mindset will pay off in the long-term.

5. Finish your reflections with 15 minutes of meditation. Any form you prefer. This is the one that I have used for many years. Relax by taking several deep, abdominal breaths. Sit comfortably, legs uncrossed. Select a 4-syllable word that you’d like to repeat. (I chose the Aramaic term Maranatha which means “come Lord”). Pay attention to your breath and repeat the word each time that you exhale. Your mind will automatically return to you if it wanders. Meditation can bring you peace because of the solitude it provides.

6. You can choose to be more mindful of your conflicts during the day. The majority of the things we spend our time on isn’t worth the effort. Ask yourself this question. “Do I want peace or conflict to dominate my life?”Don’t get upset about a traffic jam, or being unable to attend a party. Do not let other people upset your view of things.

Keep your thoughts from draining your energy. You can energize yourself with loving thoughts. What you give back keeps coming back.

7. The little picture is more important than the large. Focus on your local peace, your neighborhood, and your job, while allowing the bigger picture to be dealt with by those more knowledgeable. It does not mean we stop caring about world issues. Although we do vote as such, the inner turmoil created by these people can be controlled each day through reading or watching the news. Your actions can help make the world around you better.

You can achieve peace of mind by changing your routine so that it includes downtime where you focus on your soul and are grateful for what you have. You must take some time to reflect.

Peaceful mind means knowing that there is always a way to avoid conflict. You will be able to make peace with your friends if you surround yourself with them.

You must make a change in your daily routine or continue to suffer from stress. You will make the new peace routine a regular part of every day of your life. It takes just twenty minutes.
