Do You Have More Than 45, 50 or 55? 60 65, 65, 70, 75 80, 80, and Other Ages?

“If only I could fit in my clothes-or just feel like myself again!”

Sound like you? It’s me. When I was 50 years old,All changed. I realized that I had fewer days left than I thought, and suddenly an old prayer started to haunt me. Please don’t allow me to die when I’m still living. It was a great motivator for me to make the most of every day and to be committed to my own well-being and health. Like never before

A few new things become clear once we have reached a certain age. Priorities and goals change. We live a different life. To me, the best way to live is full life independentIt was vital that my physical and emotional life were taken care of. People around me were breaking down. My father was unable to do any of the things he used to. This was the moment that opened my eyes.

No longer was it a matter of how I looked. It was no longer a question of what I looked like. The real question is: What can I do? What can I do to keep my job? “playing”With my children? My grandkids yet to be born? Can I still travel? You can learn something new! In order to be fully functional, my body needed strength. I knew this quickly and needed it asap!

It is our belief that strength can serve a larger purpose. We want to be strong enough to give back and help others in need, not to become burdensome, and we also believe it helps us to grow as individuals.

Don’t get me wrong. I don’t consider myself a gym rat. From 10 years in fitness education, I have learned that You don’t need to go to the gym every day to stay healthy and strong.

You want a body that can last you until your nineties and not stop you doing what you love.

There are many ways to get that body. The best news? The key is to get it done correctly. This is the key difference between aging or decaying.

To ensure that your body doesn’t give up on you, you must do 3 things. Eat right, challenge the body and brain appropriately, and then recover properly.

We do exactly that. Our goal is to create strong and functional products. HealthWe need our bodies to allow us to live independently and not be burdened by anyone. This is my goal. “Functional Longevity.”
