How to Golf Swing – The Fundamentals Of Single Plane Swing

One plane swing can be used to increase enjoyment and hit the ball accurately. I have years of teaching experience that has taught me how to explain this easy swing method. It was developed by Moe Norman of Canada, who is often called the World’s Greatest Ballstriker.

You must control these three factors to ensure consistent ball striking.

    1. Clubface aims to impact 2. Clubface aims to make an impact 2. Without disturbing the numbers, power production

Natural golf is a straightforward way to manage all three.

The Natural Hold is Fundamental #1

Forearm alignment with the shaft is key to controlling where the clubface hits the ground.

This align emulates the dynamic alignment of the clubface during impact. It will ensure that your swing is consistent and the clubface stays in line with the directions you’re going. You will only have one focus when you play golf, and it is the clubhead path through impacts.

Fundamental #2: The Single Plane Setup

For control of clubhead direction (path), set your forearms plane on the ball, with the clubshaft (on top) and upper arms (above the chest). You can swing forward and back on the same path, or on a single plane. Your arms will not be restricted by clubhead direction.

You can now aim the ball and hit your target.

The Fundamental 3 – Get the ball to your target

You drive the ball using a club just like you drive a nail with your hammer. The wrists can be used as hinges so that the clubhead’s weight is released in the desired direction. This action, which is primarily driven by an independent arm motion, allows for leverage.

Natural Golf Single Plane Swing’s advantage is the ability to release all the energy of the clubhead without turning your head or twisting. Our setup places you exactly where your body will naturally return to during impact. Your arms are aligned with the shaft. When you use the clubhead’s power to make impact, your body will stabilise. You can then follow the clubhead momentum to achieve a stress-free and balanced end.

It’s there! Natural golf is…

o Control exactly where the clubface is aiming for impact with the Natural Hold o Control clubhead speed by using Single Plane Setup o Use the Stress Free Power Source of Leverage to Drive the Ball To Your Target
