The power of exercise to conquer your fears

Many women are afraid to make a mistake and don’t take action. Many women worry that they will be laughed at, make mistakes, and appear vulnerable. Truth is that we all make mistakes, are silly and will eventually get laughed at.

Sometimes we are so scared of being judged, criticized, or even laughed at that it stops us from making progress in our daily lives. Exercise is no exception to this rule. We often avoid exercising due to our appearance. However, it is possible that we are not happy with the way we appear. To make things worse, many people don’t like asking for help during a workout. We don’t want anyone to think we are stupid or to be vulnerable. It is important to remember, however, that not everyone is a pro at exercising is a novice.

There have been women I know who wouldn’t change their jobs because it was too difficult to accept the role of the “new girl” at work. Our progress can be stifled by the fear of becoming vulnerable or inept. Let’s break that bond and start making real changes in our lives.

This freedom can be found in exercise. You can achieve feats that you never imagined possible through exercise. Your life will change if you take up the challenge of exercising for only 30 minutes every day. The chains of inebriation will come off and you’ll be free from the despairing feelings. You can take charge of your body, health, and life by exercising.
