In sets of 10 I began by doing 100 pushups each day. Then, for the following week I increased my number to 200. Next week, I completed 200 push-ups per day in sets of 10. Next, I did 300 pushups in sets 20. Now! Now it’s time for some fancy. My push-ups now have a new style. I use a chair to put my feet on the ground and do the push-ups. This style is called an incline pushup. This push-up works the arm muscles, upper back, shoulders, neck, upper, and lower arms, as well as the shoulder, shoulder, neck, neck, upper, and lower back. You can perform 200 push-ups per set of 20, which is very efficient.
