It is your home, so you can choose the colors you like, but it must be comfortable and inviting for others to use, especially girls. You can use light and minimalist colors in smaller rooms. However, if your space is large, you might consider mixing dark, masculine colour.
Furniture that is stylish and efficient will make a statement in your apartment. You should choose a colour that complements or matches the decor. Black and white can be safe, but red is more striking and will not clash with any other colours. Leather is the best choice. There’s no substitute. It doesn’t matter if you have lots of pillows, but it’s not necessary to have many.
Some apartments come with adequate lighting. However, if it doesn’t then you should consider some mood lighting. You don’t need to go crazy with colours. This is not the place for a party. A dramatic, low-level lighting system and a few features pieces will suffice. An entertainment system can make a pad complete. You should choose the largest, most expensive TV that you have. Your fellow bachelors won’t be able to ignore it and will ridicule your choice. Your surround sound system should be as large, even though it does not need to have a lot of volume. However, quality speakers can really enhance a room. Make sure you get the most recent gaming console for your friends so they can compete to be the best.
You shouldn’t think about doing it without a bar. It will be your pre-drinking and seduction den, as well as the venue for any after parties. You will be able to get girls and friends, as well as cementing your social status of being a party animal.
Every bachelor pad should have one extravagant, unneeded indulgence. You could have a jacuzzi, a golf simulator or a pinball game machine.
