Know Your Body Type to Maintain Health

Over the past 20 years, a variety of tantalizing information has been channeled about body types.

We will be discussing four subjects: What defines each type of body, which foods are best for them, how to exercise and other healing methods for them. There will also be hyperlinks that take you to images of others who can show you what each type looks like so you can compare your own.

Let’s start by describing the different types of body. Based on the constellations of the solar system, body types can be described as the Sun, Moon and Mercury. Other planets like Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto have no influence on these main types. The possibility that new planetoids found near Pluto have influence on the body types of people will be confirmed, however this is an area for further channelling. Since any other planetary bodies than Saturn have a limited influence on some people, we will be focusing on the main types.

The majority of people can have both Solar and Mercurial bodies. If you don’t get channeling or guidance, it will be up to you to choose which planets are most influential on your life and which is the dominant. After you’ve read and processed all the material, it usually takes only a few moments to reflect. To help you, we have provided links to images of classic examples.

Some people have only one type of body, while others show all three. It will help you accomplish a specific life goal or to karma if your body is one type. Three bodies will give you a tiny influence. Usually, it is 10%.

There are seven major body types. Only 10% of the world’s population are affected by any of these outer planets. These planets help to explain some of the characteristics and appearances of certain people more accurately. Rasputin, a famous Russian monk is an example. The charismatic eyes and high forehead of Rasputin, who was controversial but still had a large following, were all signs that he had a Plutonian influence. To eliminate any confusion, we will be discussing each type of influence and body.

Understanding body types is important for many reasons. A diet that is right for each type of body works the best. This can easily be seen in large households. There may be Martial people who love protein, while Saturnian types are more inclined to eat a wide-based organic diet. A Venusian might just like sweets. That makes for interesting dinner planning. While most families will compromise, understanding each person’s unique needs simplifies the process.

You may have noticed people falling into certain patterns. Many people simply need to avoid meat and prefer a vegetarian diet. Some people feel sick if they consume meat. Other people are able to thrive on dairy and cream or sweets. But others can’t stomach meat and become weak.

People love to run, some can go 6-7 miles per day. Others enjoy resistance training and feel satisfied when they work out at the gym. Your body’s unique characteristics can help determine what is best for your health, and allow you to keep on track to good health.

Below are some suggestions for how to read this information.

Your brain is activated by vision, which activates approximately 65% of your neurons. You can’t stop looking at the world around you if your eyes are closed. Your brain is hard wired for visual perception. It is because your neurons are more likely to be able to sense what you’re detecting. We recommend that you view the links to see examples of each body type, even if your memory isn’t as good.

It is possible for people to deliberately alter their appearance. Marilyn Monroe’s hair is an excellent example. It was originally reddish before she dyed it platinum blonde. Her freckles were also covered up with make-up. This is why we decided to show many pictures of each individual. You should look beyond the head and see the whole body.

Public domain allows you to see people as they are, rather than in publicity photos. The occasional outlandish pictures of things or people that are displayed alongside our topics in the public domain sight should be ignored. These images are not relevant to this discussion.

Lunar Body

Lunar’s light is radiant. Skin appears pale, or lit from the inside. Round faces are more common. While the body may be curvy but not long, many Lunars tend to be short or average in height. The shape of the Lunar’s face will be based on how round the moon appears in the sky.

The shape of Lunar men is a pear. The average man is rounder at the hips, and smaller around their chest. Because their legs develop more quickly than their upper body muscles, they are able to excel at running, biking, and soccer much faster than in a sport that requires a lot of strength, like baseball. Lunars are so persistent that they can be found in every sport. Ironically, many Lunars love to play golf or bowling and are more interested in strategy than power.

Lunar women often represent the epitome of motherhood: curvy, cute, great at baking and cooking, and obedient. This reputation can be traced back to the earlier centuries, when Lunar women were more emotional perceptive and persistent than Server women. They also considered themselves to be classically beautiful to increase their chances of finding a husband. While some Lunar women were born to have a life that fits the stereotype, some others might surprise their potential partners by only having a few of the traits or interests.

Lunar men are more likely to drink beer as they age, while Lunar women tend to see their waistlines shrink over time. Betty Boop from the cartoon is an example of a Lunar woman body, being petite and curvaceous. Wimpy, a Lunar male type is from Popeye cartoons.

Lunars can be naïve and easily hurt or manipulated when young. To see the essence of a problem clearly, they need to use their natural ability. They can become depressed or cynical as they get older if they don’t develop their perceptive abilities.

The sensitive faces of lunars are complemented by delicate inner organs such as the liver, kidneys and intestines.

Preferences for diet

All animal products are loved by Lunars, including dairy products. Dairy products are so appealing to them that some may even raise cows, goats, sheep, or yaks in order to have the best dairy products. Their body type may affect them. For example, if they’re part Solar they might drink soymilk to reduce their allergic reaction to animal milks. But they love the creamy texture of dairy products. This could include cheese, yogurts and puddings as well as ice cream, depending on who they are.

To help cleanse their stomachs, Lunars also love garlic and onions. These people prefer healthy, hearty, stick-to the-ribs food like root veggies and nuts. Simple beer and wine are preferred over more exotic dishes. The Lunars love alcoholic beverages.

The Lunar body type is most suitable for the consumption of grains. Lunars were the first to create bread and pasta. Anybody who’s ever had a freshly baked loaf of bread, or a bowl of spaghetti can thank Lunars.

Some healing suggestions

It is best to cut down on alcohol and eat more light foods. This will help you keep your weight in check. Overweight and alcoholism are serious issues for the Lunars. It is important for them to consume foods that help digestion, and to take their time eating. If you are unable to drink moderately, consider getting support to quit drinking altogether. Coffee and tea are safe alternatives to alcohol for Lunars.

Consuming plenty of vegetables and whole grains as well as nonfat milk products can offset the craving for dense foods. The Lunar body seems to be able digest game birds, poultry, fish and rabbit better than large animal meats. Instead of trying to eat less, try eating more lighter foods before you eat the heavier.

Moons can enjoy walks with the dog and tai Chi, gentle yoga and meditation rather than doing intense exercise. To keep a Lunar healthy, moderation is key.

Exemples: If any of these people are predominantly Lunar, they will list it in parentheses.
