The Correct Way to Do Jelqing and Penis Stretching

Jelqing can seem simple, although it may take some practice to be able perform it correctly.

Below are some guidelines on what you can expect.

* Always warm-up before you perform any PE exercises (Get blood flowing)
* Use lubricant when jelqing. For jelqing, you can use baby oil, lotion, and even cocoa butter.
* Penis should be in a semi-erect state, but not completely erect until you get more advanced.
* Remember that growing your penis bigger is going to take time. Be patient. Do not rush. You could end up hurting yourself.
* It might be difficult for you to jelq correctly while not getting aroused and/or ejaculating. You can try this method to stop full erection. You will be able to stop full erection.

CORRECT HAND PROPOSITION

Your right side is not covered by the above:

Place your right index finger over the penis. Then, put your thumb around the penis to create an O-shaped shape. Your index finger should face each other horizontally, and your thumb should also be parallel.

You can do the opposite of what you would normally do if your left hand is dominant.

CORRECT JELQING ACTIONS

Slowly apply pressure to get your position right. Then push the blood towards the tip with your hand. Your penis tissue will grow by expanding this movement. This will result in permanent penis swelling. You should switch your hand after each stroke. This will allow you to perform smooth, automatic movements.

**Please Note: Be careful not to apply to much pressure to your penis. It is possible to inflict injury on yourself. You can hurt yourself with little red spots. However, you shouldn’t have large red patches covering your entire penis.

EXERCISES IN PENIS STRETCHING

Below are some guidelines on what you can expect.

* It is recommended that you perform the stretching exercises while in the flaccid state.
* You may experience slight soreness and discomfort while performing exercises and after.
* If you are uncircumcised pull the skin back from the tip of your penis.
* Stretching can be helped by using items such as baby powder, gloves ( batting gloves, golf gloves), a cut piece of shirt or sock. It’s possible to get imaginative with what you use for stretching.

CORRECT PENIS STRETCHING POITIONS

Penis stretching can be done in many different ways. One of the best ways to stretch your penis is by placing your penis between your stomach and sitting on top. Either place your penis beneath one of the legs or sit on it. It sounds funny, but stretching the penile ligaments and tendons will increase penis lengthening. You can grip your penis using either your hand or a cloth strip under the tip. Pull straight out. Some people add twist to their straight pull. This further stretches the penile tissue. If done correctly, you will feel some discomfort but nothing painful.

It’s a wonderful addition to jelqing. Stretching is a great addition to jelqing. You can have your pee whenever you want and still be completely private. Stretching can be done right before going to sleep or wherever you are. Your imagination is your only limit.

Begin stretching for 10-15 minutes each day. You can gradually increase the time you spend on each after several weeks. It will bring you great benefits.
