A Perfect Back Swing Can Help You Get Rid Of The Lacks In Your Body

One way to make power when golfing is by trying not to let the lower body turn as your shoulders move up the torso. To gain power, this idea uses unwinding of the body as a spring. It’s a bit like the rubber band unwinding that spins a propeller on a model airplane for children.

Your body doesn’t unwind like springs, instead it uses your muscles to move the levers. You can prove this by holding your left hand in your right hand. Then, twist your left arm so far that it rotates (rotating) it without swinging. After you have turned it so far that it can go, release it. The thing didn’t turn back.

Holding our lower body in a still position does not permit the lower body levers (the feet, legs, and knees) to properly position for the down swing. The muscles haven’t been stretched properly enough to prepare them for the event. Instructors often teach you to hold the weight on the outside of your fight foot, and brace the right knee.

It is unnecessary to feel like you are being braced. The goal is to not hold the right foot still or create torque. It is instead being prepared for what actions it will perform. First, it should shift its weight to the left side (which should be like a pole), then rotate the pelvis to top the post left leg.

Instead of feeling like we’re keeping the right leg from moving, and the heel weight in the inner part of our heels, it feels more like the hips are sliding to the right while the right knee straightens. The left ankle and knee flex.

Stress Free Golf Swing

Initially, it should feel that the weight is moving towards the right edge of the right foot. As the shoulders turn and shift as well, the left hip will move in the opposite direction to the ball. After this rotation the weight will return to its original position at the right heel. With 95% weight on the right leg, the rest of the weight is on the outside ball of your left foot. The big toe will remain at 5%.

We simply need to slam the right heel down and then pull the left knee under our left hip. Do this by rotating your right heel toward the flight line. Your right side should be able to feel like your belly is rising under your left arm. Next, pull your right shoulder blade into the right hip pocket by pulling the lower back muscles from the right.

As long as the left hand is pinned down on the chest and the chest remains open, the weight of your swing will be perfect. You will be able to swing perfectly by simply twirling the club with your right hand.
