If you hit the ball towards the hole it’s almost like you are completing the game. You can putt the ball into that hole in one shot if you’re doing it right. If you move or change your grip, position, and swing it might take several shots to put the ball in.
You should remember the stance you used before making your putt. The following means you must maintain your posture and position even after the ball has been rolled out to its intended destination. Following follow-through, these are three important factors you should be mindful of:
1. Do you feel that your entire body (including your feet) is still in the original place before you make your putt. You could lose your shot if your feet are even slightly off the mark. Remember that your body should not be moved after you’ve completed the task. This is the best way to know if your posture has been consistent.
2. Which direction is your putter headpath aligned? The putter’s head should remain aligned towards the target at this stage, even if you have taken your shot.
3. Is your putter’s face straight-on? You must aim the putter face straight toward the target, just as you did when you began.
