Conference Call: 9 Essential Elements for Good Recruiting

Are you able to manage a successful recruiting conference call? The following 9 elements will make your next conference call a success.

1 – Format

A Format is required. An Example format might be

  • Introduction
  • Prezentar
  • Testimonials
  • Reactions
  • Q & A
  • Take a bow

You can either introduce yourself or the main speaker for the conference call’s Introduction. The Presentation is next. This will be covered in greater detail in Elements 2-6. The Testimonial, Reaction, Q & A and Wrap Up are covered in Elements 7-9

2 – Excitement

It is important to create excitement. It is important to get members involved in the Call, even if there are no other participants.

3 – Information

Information about your company is important. The Key Points of your Compensation Plan are important to you. The Products are what you want to discuss. Also, you want to discuss the Company Support. Which tools do they offer? Which type of training is the company offering?

4. Motivating

Make a difference. Ask people about their Dreams, and then create a Vivid Word image of some of them.

Ask them about their dream home if they have an Ocean View or Lake View. Is it also possible to see the mountains from there? Does it have a ranch style or multi-story? Is the kitchen spacious? Are they equipped with a Media Room? What about a private 9-hole golf course? My buddy has a basement 2 Lane Bowling Alley.

They may dream of financial security. Ask them what that means for their children and grandchildren. Perhaps it’s early retirement, with many trips and cruses to be had and little worry about money.

5 – A Short, Sweet But Delicious

Keep the presentation to between 15-20 minutes

6 – Testimonials

A good idea is to get 2 or 3 employees talking about the positive aspects of working for your company.

7 – Reactions

Ask the testimonials to the participants a question: What do you think? Next, get 2 to 3 responses.

8 – Q & A

You can answer about 10 questions per minute. Each question should be answered honestly. Offer to help them if you do not have the answer.

9 – Wrap up

Call to Action: End the conference call. Invite the participants to join the call with those who invited them.
