Each ball will be ranked on a 1-5 scale (1 being poor, 5 being great) and I will also explain the potential benefits each ball can bring to your game. Knowing your swing type is the most important step to deciding which golf ball suits you best. A professional or local golf shop can usually analyze your swing and provide free advice. You will need to identify the key aspects of your golf game, such as the feel of your swing and the speed of your clubs.

We’ll now get to the business of it – I will be discussing each one of four golf balls that I chose to analyse. They are Titleist Pro V1, Titleist HP Distance MX MX, Titleist NXT, Titleist DT So Lo, Titleist Pro V1, and Titleist Pro V1. I rated each ball based on their soft feel, iron accuracy and driver accuracy. From 1 to 5, I gave each ball a rating, with 5 being my best.

Titleist Pro V1is their titleist. “expert”It is a ball, and that explains the $44/dozen price! Pro V1 is a 3-piece golf ball that is a very popular option on the PGA Tour. This ball was rated a 5 for spin ability, distance from the driver, soft feel and accuracy. Apart from the high price, I found that this ball was not as accurate in its iron shot accuracy (#3).

The 2 piece Titleist So-Lo may be a good option for golfers who have a slow head speed. The Pro V1 is more expensive than this one at $22/dozen. It is a number 5 ball for its soft feel and driver distance. It was a 4/4 for its iron accuracy, driver accuracy and spin ability. This is half the price of a Pro V1!

You can make a lasting impression with the Titleist MX Distance 2-piece Tee Box. This model is attractively priced at $19/dozen and offers promising qualities. It was rated a 5 for distance when it is driven by a driver. It was also a 4 for driver accuracy. But, it scored a #3 in my opinion for its spinability, softness, iron accuracy, and softness.

Finally, the Titleist NXT 2-piece Titleist NXT ball was my score. This ball is $28 per dozen more expensive than any other except for the Pro V1. It received #5 marks for driving distance. This ball scored a #5 for distance with a driver and softness in feel. It was a #3 in all other categories. I gave it a 3 for spin factor and iron accuracy.
