Five Concepts of Golf Swing Principles

For golfers, the discovery and application of the five swing principles has been a major breakthrough. The five swing principles are not only the foundation of the golf swing, and all ground-based activities, but they also allow for the automatic creation of all the benefits that every golfer seeks in the swing.

Let me talk about the Concept Golf swing principles that create swing positions that allow for high-quality shot making. While I understand and can see the link between the Principles and the Positions that produce consistent and excellent shot-making, this may not be obvious to all golfers.

I’m connecting dots today between these important positions and two Concept Golf swing principles.

For excellent ball striking, one of the most important positions is the position where the hands are in front of the club head. This allows the club to hit the ball with its best. It is the truth for every club. The wedge, the wedge and driver are all included.

Only with both hands in front of the club head can the ball be hit squarely and fair. There are many negative consequences if the clubhead gets ahead of his hands while swinging. These include: fat shots and crooked shots; very short shots; high-aimless shots; shots no one can love.

For example, have you ever tried to hit a wedge shot on the green but the club got stuck in dirt? It is now a short, dribbler that occasionally causes a few golf words.

Is that a manly shot? You were able to see the club head ahead of you. The club head was able to place the ball’s bottom in the arc ahead of your hands. While we could dwell on the reasons for the bad shot, or the problems with the swing, the truth is what will remove that awful shot from your arsenal forever. Okay? Okay. Now, let’s move on.

Although there are five Concept Golf swing principles, they cannot be overlooked. It is your responsibility to learn them and not to try to apply them. Understanding them will allow you to benefit from your swing and help your body absorb the principles. You can’t achieve your ball-striking goals unless you express these principles your way. This is how you create your unique swing.

It’s a great idea to have your own swing. You can make your swing, not copy it.

Are there any principles that allow the hands to be in front of the club’s head when it comes time for impact? Only these two: weight transfer and shoulder relax. If I had to emphasize one of these two, and I will, it would be RELAXATION. (Didn’t mean to raise my voice.)

Golf Swing Speed Challenge

When teaching, I usually show relaxation. This is done by hitting a few shots while my shoulders are relaxed. My arms look like uncontrollable strings. My shoulders relax so much that I can’t even put the club in front of the ball. The students usually have a lot of fun while I am preparing for the swing. With that much relaxation, they KNOW it is impossible to have a decent shot.

It is a total surprise to see their faces after they have taken the first shot. You can’t believe you could have shot a shot this good with rubber band arms.

This is the level of relaxation required for consistent, high-quality shotmaking.

How can you backswim if your shoulders are so relaxed?

You must let your legs move the body so that the arms can be moved in what is known as the backswing. This means that you must relax your shoulders completely in order to allow the weight transfer to create the swinging motion of the arms. Otherwise, you’ll be standing at the address with your shoulders relaxed and very still. This is not a great way to make good shots.

The clubhead at the end is actually a bit heavier if your shoulders relax throughout the whole swing. Your arms will follow your body’s lead because of this shoulder relaxation. Both these effects can be very beneficial. With your arms aligned with your body, and enough weight for the club head so that the arms and hands of the head follow your body, your body will move to the finish. You will see the club head’s hands at impact. BETTER SHOT !!!!!Good shot!

It is through relaxation of the shoulders and weight transfer that your body will allow you to lead the club at impact. You’ll enjoy crisp shots.

Try to make the “hands leading at impact”It will never work through muscle activity, or sense of swing control. Never. This is something I’ve tried so many times, in so many different ways, that I am confident that it won’t work without trusting my shoulders. Concept Golf principles are effective and will automatically create the right positions without you having to think about it. This is the ideal situation.

Once your shoulders have relaxed completely, the backswing starts with your legs. After that the club head will be behind the ball. The body will then drag it in the backswing. Bobby Jones did it exactly that way. People didn’t get it back then. Your arms will drag the ball through the end of the game as you move forward with your legs. As your body progresses to the end, your arms will relax and drop in front of you. You will be amazed at the !!!!! shots.Enjoy!

This will hopefully help you to understand and appreciate the positive effects that Concept Golf principles have on your life.
