Sandals are not the best way to exercise

Plantar Fasciitis

Some things are impossible to do in a certain setting. There is also a limited number of footwear you should wear while working out. Your workout won’t be as effective if there are injuries. These conditions are a warning sign that you shouldn’t wear sandals while working out.
