To improve your mobility and strength, you can use a range of bodyweight exercises. These can either be used as part of your warmup, or they can form the basis for your whole workout. You don’t have to be an elite powerlifter in order to play golf.
Use bodyweight exercise instead of machines. Many of these can be done at home.
Once you have mastered these, then move on to the spiderman pushups and spiderman climbs.
In my pushup programs, I do more than 12 types of pushups. There are at least six types of squats. Your handicap will be reduced by strength training using bodyweight.
It will also increase stamina, focus and endurance during the final stages of the game. This is in addition to good nutrition.
2) Find a qualified coach who can help you identify your weak points. Too stiff can make it difficult to play golf. Have your coach assess you. Do you have poor shoulder mobility due to your work position? Etc.
