Everyone wants a strong core. In the summer, nobody wants to have a stomach. Some people desire a strong core, and will do hundreds upon hundreds of sit-ups to attain it. ……it’s more than just sit-ups.
“Sit-ups,”These days, they are becoming more popular. “crunches”Only work one muscle group. The core of your body is comprised of several muscle groups. You won’t have the lean, muscular core that you desire if you don’t exercise all of them.
I won’t bore you with the complicated scientific names of all these muscles, but instead, I’ll break them into 5 simple to comprehend groups.
1) upper abs
2) Lower abs
3) “side”Abs
4) Twisting muscles
5) stabilizing muscles
It’s possible to exercise your entire body 3 days per week. If you do this, you will be in good shape for the beach.
You can do a variety of core exercises. These are the basics. “bicycle crunch”The “funky plank”These are two of my favorite!
Bicycle Crunch- Lie down on your back, with your arms behind you, and raise your right elbow, as well as your left knee, while crunching your bike. “crunching”Place your abs in a single position. Next, bring your right elbow to the left knee. Keep going slowly and keep your abdominals engaged during the whole set.
Funky Plank: This plank is similar to pushing up, but you only support yourself using your feet and forearms. You should keep your arms straight and your hips parallel to the ground. For more than thirty seconds you are able to hold a solid plank position. “funky plank.”Keep your left arm extended to the side, so your support is only your right forearm. It will seem like your body is begging to give up. Do not let your body feel like it wants to fall over. Instead, keep the plank position. Next, extend your right arm and support yourself using your left forearm.
