Review: The American Club Golf Resort

AUGUSTA National Golf Club, AUGUSTA GA, THE REVIEW

Augusta National Golf Club is currently ranked fifth on the list of the best courses in the world. The course can be challenging and is a great challenge. The course has been ranked as one of the toughest in the world.

Augusta National Golf Club is in Augusta, as the name implies. Since 1933, it was open to playing and has been host to many professional and amateur tournaments. The club did not accept any members of other ethnicities until 1990. The club was criticised for this. In 2012, the club hired its first woman player.

Although the club maintains that it is a private organisation, its membership regulations and policies are kept very secret. It measures 6.799m in length, has a slope rating of 137 and a rating of 78.1. Augusta National Golf Club has a restricted membership. The membership fee is estimated to range from $10,000 to $30,000. Warren Buffett, Sam Palmisano and Jack Welch are some of the notable members.

Augusta National’s golf course has a variety of fairways that are wide and open, with pine trees on the terrain. The meadowland course is clean looking, as well. Every hole is named after the shrub or tree that grows close to the hole, such as Azalea, flowering crab apples and pink Dogwood. Amen Coenr collectively names the 11th through 13th holes.
